As Managing Director Nadine is instrumental in driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Nadine has a client-centric approach and enjoys working closely with intermediaries and direct clients, aiming to continuously improve and adapt Spring IM's offerings to meet evolving needs and requirements.
Nadine brings to her role over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry.. Prior to Spring Nadine was Head of Investment Platforms at Standard Bank based in Jersey. Before that she was at Praemium International Limited, (now Morningstar Wealth Platform) as Head of Praemium International. Nadine also spent 13 years at Canaccord Genuity, (previously known as Collins Stewart) as a Middle Office Manager.
Nadine has a profound understanding of international markets and investment platforms which complements her enthusiasm for fintech businesses, which she believes are the future of the industry—an ethos perfectly aligned with Spring IM's vision.
